E-Signature Updates

To stay up to date with modern E-Signature standards a few small changes were made to FiM Signatures. Signatures now require an email address and all signed documents send an emailed copy of the signed document to the signee. For logged in users their information will auto populate, anonymous users will have to fill in their information.

Instructions

  1. Since there will be some unique situations where signature emails are not desired, there is the option to turn off Signature emails. Proceed to the package and then to the desired form and select “Disable Signature Emails” from the toolbar.
