HTML to PDF

HTML to PDF is one of Forms inMotion’s new default outputs. What this does is convert html forms into clean PDF’s. This means that dynamic HTML forms can be output as PDF’s, and standard HTML forms can be ouput ad PDF’s without the need to make a static PDF and map fields to it.

Instructions

1. Open the Form Package that contains the desired form and then edit the existing form or upload an existing form.

2. Next select the “attach image of html forms on submit” in the tool bar

3. Then when selecting output on a workflow pick the option “Form Only” or an option with “Form + …”
