You should receive an email that will let you set your password. Once you login you will have to agree to the EULA.

If you do not remember your password, you can use the 'Forgot Password?' button to reset your password. You will be emailed a temporary password that you can then use to login.

Server Location for Premises-based installations
If your application cannot connect to a server, you may have an invalid Server Location URL set up in your client. Use the gear icon to reset your server location. You will need to get the new server location value from your system administrator.
EULA
On your first login, you will need to review and accept an EULA to continue.
Site Selection
If your user account belongs to multiple sites, you will need to select the site you want to work in when you log in. To switch sites, log out, then log back in and select the new site.
